Unlock your hidden potential

During the last time, the game has become faster and faster.

This is a lot fun for many people, but newbies have real troubles with it, since the higher speed also drains energy a lot faster.

The unfortunate side-effect: Newbies manged to suicide over and over again, by spamming moves, by spamming zaps.. or simply by not taking care for their energy.

And I have to admit it: I can not stand this anymore.

From now on, if you can not pay for your moves, they will either be aborted or, if they are already powered up enough, released before they damage the user.

For the more advanced players, we added the move “Unlock”, which will allow you to use your health to substitute for energy like you already know it.

Read the help(F1) to find out how to unlock your characters hidden potential.

 

Also, the disabled characters Superlem, Leena Inverse and Iron Bulma are back, together with Beers as new one :D

19, 20… something new…

Greetings!

Just released the new versions of 19 and 20.

For some reason, I decided on trying soemthing new:

They can not transform, nor use U+K to power up.

They will power up  when engaging in melee.

They will drain the enemies powerlevel.

And when they do whats usually powering up, they will transfer powerlevel into health and energy.

All in all, they are really close to the source.

LBZ 3D new artwork – models

Let me re-introduce myself, my name is ZheOther – formerly known as ShadowCast, and I’d like to post some news related to the new artwork and art style for LBZ being generated as we speak.

After a longer time without LBZ and focusing on my studies I came back to LBZ with a fresh perspective, I took a good look at how LBZ currently looks like, and it is untrue to its roots, LBZ is primarily a DBZ parody, with emphasis on Lemmings rather than the Dragonball Z aspect. To reflect that I wanted to re – model a lemming that would form a basis for a universal style and since it resembles what Zul originally modeled in his first models for LBZ I called this prototype if you will Zul, from him I plan to generate additional characters.

Currently Zul features a set of new animations utilizing the MD5 model system that Menne implemented and even though I’m showing you 2 characters, there are a few more that I would like to keep for myself :) consider this a sneak peek.

My plan is to overhaul the current Saiyan saga characters and then release a mod in synergy to Cocou featuring new and redone Saiyan saga levels (more on that soon – with pictures :D)  on the foundation of the new move overhaul being done by Loozzer.
